Services are generally custom setup, configuration, and automation implementation work. Refund eligibility depends on the scope, agreement, and work completed.

Cancellations

Monthly services may be cancelled according to the written agreement between the client and service provider.

Custom projects

Custom setup fees may be non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise stated in writing.
